A good place to shop, if you're looking for a brand name, and slowly more upscale clothing. Everything is rather expensive, however most places will accept the card and you can claim tax free summer in the building with your passport. We did not spend too much time here, there are better stores Department Concourse, it was still nice to Window Shop.

This place is like the ultimate rabbit maze. Shops and restaurants are scattered everywhere, with different sections of Tokyu Hands on each floor. Only for the truly experienced mall navigators.

They have boutique brand shops and Tokyu Hands here, so I think there's something for everyone. I bought a great multi tool, a binder and a pouch for my Oakley sunglasses without even leaving the building.

One of the most relaxed shopping malls in Tokyo.They have great views and a good selection of shops and restaurants.Plus it’s right next to the JR station so it’s very convenient.

This review is of the White Garden located on the 13th floor. Amazing space!! Cannot say enough that it is an underused rooftop garden full of trees and shrubs. There is a wooden pathway that leads to benches and places to take photos. Understanding why it is there, but there are heavy metal fencing along the perimeter. The photos are just some that I had taken whilst on the garden.

Love this place. Even though it is a high end chain the prices are slightly lower here than compared to the other big department stores. It is huge and you can easily spend hours in here. Tokyu hands next to it is diy heaven. If you can't find it here it probably doesn't exist. Especially good for sales.

A place where you can eat delicious Japanese food,and you can try Chinese cuisine there.You can buy things like clothes,shoes,blankets.It is just like a mall.

Very very big department store, all very well priced for Australian tourists even after tax. 90% of purchases are tax free for foreigners. Staff are all very friendly and helpful even if you're just browsing

Nice mall, very convenient place n close to the hotel n train station, the basement sells food with discount every night after 7pm n the 14th floor has a soba restaurant, one of the best I've been to Japan!

Lots of fresh produce on the lower level of the building. You will be spoil for choice here. If you wish to try all of their foods, you may want to consider having your breakfast, lunch, & dinner here.

A huge mall in the vibrant Shinjuku area. You can reach it by the metro as well...lots of shops and food

Top department store in a top district of Tokyo. The newest Takashimaya in Japan. Top quality goods but also carries the basics. Extensive food department. You will never be wanting in Sinjuku..

Great collection of high end stuff, also great food items including dessert in the basement.... But same old Japanese departmental store issues, no place to sit and take a break, worst coffee shops at premier rate, nothing or no play area for small kids under 3...Japanese are great people, but when it comes to babies, they are one of the worst and majority will care less if you are with kids. As a society, Japan needs to address this if they want to attract talent in a decreasing population society.

Big department store in Japan with amazing food courts full of restaurants. The culinary that is produced in these places isn't like anywhere else in a mall in the world. This place had wagyu beef that melt in your mouth buttery tender.

Probably my favorite toyku hands in Tokyo. Very large and very easy to navigate between floors. I mainly go to the DIY section. Staff there are always friendly and helpful. If you can't speak japanese just ask for an English speaking staff.

Terrace on the 12th floor You can see all Shinjuku Gyoen. There are other wonderful views here, such as the New National Stadium. There is a chair and it's perfect for a break. If you are hungry, there is also a restaurant.The toilets are very clean and in good condition. It is kind to mothers with children.

You can find almost anything in this mall. The food variety is good.

Lots of high-end brand stores. There is a 7-bank ATM on the 2nd floor near elevators.

Best place to chill, especially on the afternoon and the weekends. There might be a lot of people, but its normal.

There are 16 floors of shopping. Most of it high end to very high end. There is a tremendous variety of products.There is a kimono shop that has gorgeous offerings.The 2 basement floors have so many fresh and packaged foods, from sweets to gourmet dishes.This is worth a visit if for no other reason than to be awed by all the beautiful offerings.

Great food and shops, and foreigner/visitor-friendly. Our family comes here often for the eel restaurant on the top floor.

Large department store with many high-end brands and also Tokyu Hands.With 8 floors there's a bit of everything for everyone, so it is a really great place to buy souvenirs. Stationary is on the last floor, so if you're a collector, it will take a while.

a high end shopping centre. with plenty of restaurants at 12and 13F. there is UNIQ at 12F. at B1 there are fresh bakery items

Cool place to just wander around even if you're not buying anything, but the layout can be a bit hard to navigate through and the very few maps on each floor are not very helpful.

Love this place as it offers many variety of high quality products and services. It is also more established than their sister store in Singapore. A great place to find things you want and also unique selections of gifts.

Basement in food Mart with most everything you can imagine that's fresh and looks amazing on the pirate floors like 14 they have a bunch of very nice restaurants we went to the sushi restaurant and we're very impressed love sitting at the counter beautifully made food and very fresh

for me, this is a complete dept. store in Tokyo, besides having stores attracting our eyes to stare at and inviting our money to spend as well as restaurants to visit, it also has Kinokuniya bookstore with lots of English books inside, perhaps the one and only bookstore selling the most English books in Tokyo,

Huge variety of cakes and sweets are available in low price range. Customer service is great and highly recommended.

A very nice upscale mall conveniently located in the South of Shinjuku. You will find a big department store here that sells many big brands. The supermarket in the basement is also impressive with its selection and quality. Typical for such type of malls, there are 3 floors of restaurants on the top, offering many different kinds of cuisine. The better ones do need to queue up. There are also some more affordable brand alike Uniqlo and Tokyo Hands here. Overall a great place to shop and eat.
